Please ensure all products remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your customer account and select the 'Order History' section to identify the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization code.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official tags and labels are intact, and include a copy of the delivery note inside the parcel.

  Ship to the Club

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or visit our official physical store in A Coruña for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise to ensure it meets quality standards, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
